Quality Assurance is a critical part of the production process at Ford Atlantic. Every customer and every part have different requirements that need to be met to ensure a part will function properly. The quality assurance team at Ford Atlantic is there every step of the way to ensure our parts meet the requirements set forth by our customers. They are involved from initial order to delivery of production. They are reviewing all processes starting with a production plan, to complete inspection of samples through First Article Inspection Reports, to completing production inspections when parts are received into our warehouse facilities. Their work doesn’t stop there, quality assurance also reviews and provides material certifications, plating and finish certifications, CMM reports, PPAP reports, testing and independent lab reports just to name a few. Every customer has different requirements based on their needs and our quality assurance team will work to meet them. We understand the importance of delivering a quality product and our quality assurance team helps make that a reality every day for our customers!
